The deal

By using HayReady, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — if something's unclear, email [email protected] and we'll explain in plain English.

What HayReady is (and isn't)

HayReady is a personal allergy tracker and forecasting tool. It is not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Any forecast, insight, or recommendation it shows you is informational — not medical advice. For anything serious, talk to a doctor or allergist.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Don't share sign-in links.
• Keep your email secure — whoever controls that inbox can sign in as you.

What you can and can't do

You can: log your own symptoms and health data, read your own forecasts, export your data, delete your account, contact us.

You can't: attempt to access other users' data, scrape or bulk-download HayReady content, resell the service, use it for spam or abuse, submit deliberately false information to skew the predictions for research purposes without asking first.

Billing (Pro tier)

Most of HayReady is free. The Pro tier unlocks additional features. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't give refunds for partial months, but we'll make exceptions if something goes wrong.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but make no warranty. Servers go down, deploys go sideways, undersea cables get cut by fishing trawlers. If HayReady is unavailable, we do our best to fix it quickly — follow status.hayready.com for updates.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll announce material changes in advance when practical.

Liability

HayReady is provided "as is". We aren't liable for damages arising from using it, including — but not limited to — missed forecasts, incorrect risk scores, data loss, or health decisions made based on the app's output. Your health decisions are yours to make, ideally with input from a qualified professional.

If a court decides we are liable for something, our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months (which, for free users, is zero).

Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that appear abandoned for long periods (we'll email first if practical).

Privacy

How we handle your data is covered in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be heard in New Zealand courts.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use HayReady after that means you accept the new terms.
